1. Operations Manager

Qualifications : 

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Able to manage multi-department teams
• Good understanding of SOPs, service standards, and PMS
• Knowledge of sales, upselling, and cost control
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Adaptive, proactive, and collaborative team player
