RECEPTIONIST OFFICE

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team at EVDEkimi Real Estates with several villa units spread across Ubud, Bali. This is a contract position, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a warm, professional, and courteous manner.
• Manage office inventory and monitor office supply levels.
• Provide administrative support, including filing, photocopying, data entry, and other clerical duties.
• Maintain a neat, organized, and presentable reception area at all times.
• Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages for guests and visitors, while coordinating with the Housekeeping team to maintain pantry and hospitality standards.
• Handle incoming calls, messages, and correspondence as required.
• Assist with other administrative and operational tasks to support the smooth running of the office.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally and positively with clients, visitors, and colleagues.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general office equipment.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Ability to join immediately is preferred.
