Duties & Responsibilities:
- Patrol the building and property, identifying and correcting safety, security, and fire hazards.
- Utilize security probes as required, ensuring accurate and timely log entries.
- Respond appropriately to all hotel emergency situations, including safety and fire emergencies.
- Investigate and document all incidents involving employees or guests, including illness, injury, theft, or property damage.
- Respond to disturbance calls and monitor for suspicious individuals or activities.
- Notify department managers of employee activities that conflict with Yolla Hospitality policies.
- Oversee loading dock operations, including receiving deliveries, checking employee packages, and issuing meal tickets.
- Report maintenance and housekeeping concerns to the appropriate department managers.
- Complete daily administrative tasks, including filing reports and maintaining logs.
- Follow hotel lost and found procedures.
- Escort guests as required for safety and security.
- Act as a liaison with local law enforcement when needed.
- Monitor and review CCTV footage for ongoing security surveillance.
- Work flexible shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and organized work area.
- Adhere to the Yolla Hospitality dress code and grooming standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Position Requirements:
- Minimum of one (1) year of prior experience in the security field preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid CPR certification and security license/certificate required.
- Professional appearance, demeanor, and a positive attitude at all times.
- Strong ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication, observation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and cohesively with colleagues as part of a team.
