Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness, health, and appearance of all gardens and landscaped areas.
- Perform routine gardening tasks including watering, pruning, trimming, weeding, and fertilizing.
- Plant, replace, and care for trees, shrubs, flowers, and other plants.
- Monitor plant health and identify pests, diseases, or other issues.
- Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other treatments safely and effectively.
- Maintain irrigation systems and report any defects or leaks.
- Keep garden pathways, pots, and outdoor areas clean and well-presented.
- Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment properly.
- Assist with landscaping improvements and garden enhancement projects.
- Coordinate with Engineering and Housekeeping when garden work may affect villa operations.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of gardening supplies and materials.
- Follow company safety procedures and environmental standards.
- Maintain daily records of gardening activities and report major issues to the supervisor.
- Assist with other outdoor maintenance tasks as assigned by management.
- Perform other related duties assigned by Supervisor or Management.

Position Requirements:
- Min. 1–2 years experience as a Gardener or Landscaping Staff
- Knowledge of plant care, pruning, fertilizing, and pest control
- Able to operate gardening tools and equipment safely
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors
- Responsible, hardworking, and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and in a team
