Duties & Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize the pool according to daily schedule.
- Skim, vacuum, and brush pools to remove debris and maintain water clarity.
- Test and record water chemical levels regularly; adjust chlorine, pH, and other levels as required.
- Ensure pool filtration and circulation systems are functioning properly and report any equipment issues immediately.
- Arrange and maintain pool furniture in a neat and orderly fashion.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool attendant storage area.
- Check the ground tank water level daily.
- Report maintenance issues or damages immediately.
- Follow lost and found procedures for guest items.
- Practice teamwork and maintain clear, respectful communication with colleagues and supervisors.
- Uphold professionalism, ethics, and a positive attitude at all times.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Villa Supervisor or Manager.

Position Requirements:
- Previous experience as a pool attendant or in a similar hospitality role preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of pool cleaning methods, water treatment, and safety procedures required.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, rain, humidity).
- Physically fit with the ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
