Key Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day villa operations to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain the highest standards of luxury.
- Guest Satisfaction: Act as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring their needs are met with excellence from check-in to check-out.
- Staff Leadership: Manage, train, and supervise villa staff (housekeeping, maintenance, and security) to ensure peak performance.
- Financial Oversight: Responsible for strict cost control, budget management, and ensuring operational efficiency without compromising quality.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on operational status, guest feedback, and financial performance to management.
Requirements
- Gender: Female.
- Language: Native-level fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Personality: Strong, confident personality with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Experience: Proven experience in villa or hotel management, specifically in operations and guest relations.
- Skills: Strong leadership, meticulous attention to detail, and a deep understanding of hospitality cost control.
- Location: Willingness to be based in or commute to Uluwatu.
