Assistant HR Manager

  • Monitor daily HR operations to ensure HR policies, procedures, and standards are properly implemented across the organization.
  • Oversee and coordinate with the Talent Acquisition and Compensation & Benefit teams to ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave, overtime, contracts, and other HR administration in coordination with the respective teams.
  • Maintain strong employee relations and address employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues in a professional manner.
  • Monitor probation, performance evaluations, and employee development processes together with department heads.
  • Ensure HR policies and company regulations are consistently communicated and followed by all employees.
  • Monitor employee discipline and support the implementation of corrective or disciplinary actions when required.
  • Coordinate employee engagement, welfare, and HR initiatives to maintain a positive working environment.
  • Monitor training and development programs and ensure follow-up actions are properly implemented.
  • Ensure HR documentation and practices comply with applicable Indonesian employment regulations.
  • Prepare and monitor HR reports, including headcount, employee movements, turnover, attendance, performance, and other HR-related data.
  • Identify HR operational issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Act as a bridge between employees, department heads, HR teams, and management to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Work closely with the HR Director and management team on HR strategies, organizational needs, and employee-related matters.
  • Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity in handling employee information and HR matters.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably within hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or beach club environments.
  • Previous supervisory or HR leadership experience is preferred.
  • Good understanding of HR operations and Indonesian employment regulations.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality.
