OVERVIEW:
The ideal candidate has a strong eye for storytelling, photography, videography, and social media trends, with the ability to produce high-quality content that drives audience engagement and brand awareness.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create, capture, and edit engaging photo and video content for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Develop creative content ideas aligned with marketing campaigns, events, promotions, and brand objectives.
- Produce short-form videos, reels, behind-the-scenes content, and lifestyle-focused storytelling.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to execute content calendars and campaign strategies.
- Attend events, activations, and special occasions to capture real-time content.
- Edit photos and videos using professional editing software to ensure high-quality output.
- Monitor social media trends and recommend innovative content concepts.
- Maintain and organize digital content libraries and assets.
- Ensure all content aligns with Luna Beach Club's brand identity and standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Content Creator, Videographer, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing photography, videography, and social media content.
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and current digital trends.
- Creative mindset with excellent visual storytelling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and events when required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, entertainment, beach club, or F&B industries.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and content performance tracking.
- Experience operating drones and creating aerial photography/videography content is highly preferred.
- Possession of relevant drone certifications/licenses will be considered an advantage.
