Sales & Client Relations Executive

  • Manage incoming leads and generate new property management opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with developers, real estate agents, brokers and partners
  • Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM follow-ups
  • Qualify property leads and assess their commercial and operational potential
  • Present our services with confidence, clarity and professionalism
  • Conduct property visits and explain revenue and ROI projections
  • Understand owner’s needs and set realistic commercial commitments
  • Negotiate management terms within the company’s commercial framework
  • Convert qualified leads into signed management agreements
  • Achieve sales, conversion and performance KPIs
  • Lead new property onboarding from contract signing to operational launch
  • Coordinate daily with Operations, Revenue, Finance, Legal and Purchasing
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned owners
  • Provide owners with regular updates and structured follow-ups
  • Handle owner requests and concerns professionally, providing proactive solutions
  • Monitor owner satisfaction and identify risks before they escalate
  • Support contract renewals, terminations and owner retention
