We Are Hiring a Reservation & Sales Admin with qualifications:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hotel reservations, sales administration, or front office operations.
- Familiarity with Property Management Systems and Microsoft Office(s)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong customer service mindset with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Able to handle guest inquiries, booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests efficiently.
- Understanding of hotel room inventory management, rate plans, and revenue optimization principles is an advantage.
- Honest, responsible, well-groomed, and committed to maintaining confidentiality.
