Key Responsibilities:


  • Supervise and coordinate daily cashier operations.
  • Ensure all cash, credit card, and digital payment transactions are processed accurately.
  • Perform daily cash reconciliation and prepare financial reports.
  • Monitor cashier performance and provide guidance when needed.
  • Handle guest payment inquiries and resolve transaction discrepancies.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Coordinate with Finance and Operations teams regarding cash handling and reporting.
  • Assist in cashier scheduling, training, and development.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cashier Supervisor, Head Cashier, or similar role.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Familiar with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and leadership abilities.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written, is an advantage.
