Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily cashier operations.
- Ensure all cash, credit card, and digital payment transactions are processed accurately.
- Perform daily cash reconciliation and prepare financial reports.
- Monitor cashier performance and provide guidance when needed.
- Handle guest payment inquiries and resolve transaction discrepancies.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Coordinate with Finance and Operations teams regarding cash handling and reporting.
- Assist in cashier scheduling, training, and development.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cashier Supervisor, Head Cashier, or similar role.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Familiar with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and leadership abilities.
- Able to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written, is an advantage.
