Qualifications:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the hospitality industry
2. Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
3. Good English and communication skills
4. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
5. Proactive, detail-oriented, and target-driven
6. Able to work independently and as part of a team
7. Good knowledge of recruitment processes and talent acquisition
