Hotel Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process for guests. 
• Provide information about hotel facilities, restaurants, and local attractions to guests.
• Manage reservations and accurately register guests. 
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a polite and efficient manner. 
• Answer and direct phone calls and guest messages. 
• Maintain room availability and coordinate with related departments.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory. 
• Proficiency in English. 
• Computer skills and a basic understanding of hotel systems are appreciated. 
• Multitasking abilities and the ability to work in a busy environment. 
• Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented attitude. 
• Candidate must be residing in Bali
