We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Villa Supervisor to oversee daily villa operations, maintain property standards, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day villa operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.
• Ensure all villas and facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Coordinate and schedule staff to ensure efficient coverage.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Assist in staff training and performance evaluation.
• Maintain communication between management and staff.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar supervisory role in hospitality, preferably villas or resorts.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Knowledge of housekeeping and basic maintenance procedures.
• Customer service–oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
