- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Chief Accounting or senior accounting role, preferably in the hospitality industry (Beach Club/Day Club) or F&B sector

- Proven experience in auditing and administration, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance

- Strong knowledge of accounting systems, including VHP (Visual Hotel Property) or similar property management systems

- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and provide strategic financial insights
