- Min 1 year of experience as a Bartender staff, preferably in hospitality environment
- Good command of spoken english
- Skilled in preparing and serving various types of beverages according to recipes and established standards
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally
- Good understanding of bar hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards
- Good teamwork, communication, discipline, and attention to detail
- Willing to participate in training, inventory control, and daily bar operations
