FOOD AND BAVERAGES MANAGER

• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive F&B leadership experience in a hotel or resort environment
• Demonstrated success in leading and developing F&B Service and Kitchen teams, including recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Strong operational and administrative capabilities, including budgeting, cost control, inventory management, staff scheduling, and efficient workflow planning.
• Comprehensive knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, HACCP principles, and equipment maintenance
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a guest-centric approach paired with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

ASSISTANT CHIEF ENGINEERING/ ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR

• Train and supervise a small engineering team
• Maintain the physical appearance and operational efficiency of the resort; including A/C, refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and civil engineering
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules, policies and records to ensure efficient property operation and establish an energy conservation program
• Assist Operations Manager in sourcing and coordinating work performed by outside contractors and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with the relevant fire and safety laws, act as a safety & emergency champion

HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR

• Minimum two years supervisory experience in Housekeeping department
• Maintain high levels of room cleanliness and deliver an exceptional in-villa dining experience
• Comfortable with administering HSK resources and inventory control
• Butler and/or F&B service experience highly desirable
• Strong team player with attention to detail, passionate trainer
• Excellent customer service ambassador
• Ensure compliance with the relevant fire and safety laws, act as a safety & emergency champion

ENGINEERING (DW)

• Maintain the physical appearance and operational efficiency of the resort.
• Experience in  electrical, and civil engineering

F&B SERVICE (DW)

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage service
• Working across two outlets: pool bar and restaurant
• Good team player, able to work under minimal supervision

HOUSEKEEPING (DW)

• Housekeeping/butler background experiences
• Good team player, able to work under minimal supervision
• Able to join immediately
