About us:
We are looking for a sharp, trustworthy, and well-organized Head Cashier to oversee all payment and POS operations at our soon-to-open dining venue in Canggu

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise daily cashier operations and front desk float
• Ensure proper use of POS system, monitor transactions, and handle end-of-day cash reconciliation
• Prepare shift reports and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales summaries
• Train, schedule, and monitor cashier team to ensure consistency and compliance
• Handle payment discrepancies, refunds, and customer billing issues
• Collaborate with accounting team for audit readiness and reporting
• Maintain documentation of transactions and petty cash usage

• Minimum 2 years in a cashier supervisor or head cashier role, preferably in high-volume restaurants or retail
• Familiarity with POS systems (e.g., ESB, or similar)
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and accountability
• Comfortable handling multiple payment methods (cashless, e-wallet, credit/debit)
• Capable of basic financial reporting and working closely with accounting
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills
