General Requirements:

• Must have minimum experience in the reservation department.

• Familiar with reservation systems, guest communication, and reservation administration.

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

• Honest, disciplined, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

• Highly motivated, creative, and guest-oriented.

• Able to join immediately.
