- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in income audit, accounting, or finance, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Good understanding of hotel accounting procedures, daily revenue reconciliation, and financial controls.
- Familiarity with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of daily revenue reporting, night audit procedures, and revenue reconciliation.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Able to identify discrepancies, investigate variances, and ensure accurate recording of hotel revenues.
- Good understanding of internal controls, financial policies, and standard accounting practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with Front Office, Food & Beverage, Sales, and Finance departments.
- Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, responsibility, and professionalism.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
- Experience with international hotel chains or luxury hotels is an advantage.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
