- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience as a Steward, Kitchen Steward, Dishwasher, or similar position in a hotel or restaurant is preferred.
- Good understanding of kitchen hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
- Able to properly clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, dishes, and work areas.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Responsible, hardworking, disciplined, and reliable.
- High attention to cleanliness and personal hygiene.
- Able to follow instructions and hotel standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Able to work effectively under pressure during busy operational periods.
- Previous experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel is an advantage.
- Basic English communication skills are preferred.
