Engineering Supervisor 

As an Engineering Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate the activities of the engineering team to ensure the successful execution of projects and the attainment of departmental goals. Your role involves providing leadership, technical guidance, and support to team members while promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to the engineering team, including mentoring, coaching, and performance management.

- Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support project requirements and optimize productivity.

- Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and expertise to team members, assisting with problem-solving, decision-making, and resolution of technical challenges.

Qualification:

- Vocational school or Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification may be preferred.

- Several years of experience in engineering roles, with progressively increasing levels of responsibility and leadership.

- Strong technical expertise in relevant engineering disciplines (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, civil engineering), with proficiency in engineering principles, tools, and methodologies.

- Proven leadership and management skills, including the ability to motivate, inspire, and empower team members to achieve their full potential.
