THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Spa Therapist to join our team and help deliver world-class treatments in our Villa. This role is perfect for someone who loves working in a tranquil environment, is skilled in a variety of treatments, and is enthusiastic about wellness.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of spa treatments, including body massages, body scrubs, facials, and other wellness therapies
• Consult with guests to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments and wellness products.
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, sanitation, and safety at all times.
• Create a relaxing and welcoming environment to deliver an exceptional guest experience
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Spa Therapist in a hotel, resort, villa, or spa.
• Certification in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficient in Balinese massage, deep tissue massage, aromatherapy, body treatments, and facials.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance with a positive, friendly, and service-oriented attitude.
• Good command of spoken English; additional language skills are an advantage.
