Located in the heart of Canggu, Bali, Santanera is a vibrant dining destination where Latin American flavors meet European influences and the finest local ingredients. Set across an impressive three-story venue, we create unforgettable dining experiences through exceptional food, innovative cocktails, and genuine hospitality.

We are currently looking for a passionate and talented CDP Pastry & Bakery to join our growing team.

Qualification :

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior Cook in the Pastry & Bakery section at a reputable restaurant, hotel, or bakery. Fine dining experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of pastry, bakery, desserts, bread production, and modern baking techniques.
  • Proven ability to produce high-quality products with consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about pastry and bakery innovation.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise, train, and motivate junior kitchen staff.
  • Trustworthy, disciplined, and possesses excellent work ethics.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Currently domiciled in Bali is preferred.
  • Available to join immediately.
