Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of Front Office experience in a 3-star hotel.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Familiar with Front Office systems and Online Travel Agencies (OTAs).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Well-groomed, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Available to join as soon as possible is preferred.
• Bali-based applicants only.
