About the role
Develop interior design concepts for villas, residential properties, and hospitality projects, ensuring alignment with the property's style, target market, and investment objectives. Design interior spaces that balance aesthetics, functionality, guest comfort, and long-term property value.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare space planning, furniture layouts, elevations, and detailed interior design drawings
• Create 3D models, mood boards, and realistic renderings to visualize proposed designs before implementation
• Select suitable materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, sanitary fixtures, and decorative elements based on design concepts, durability, maintenance, and budget
• Prepare furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) selections and specifications for villa and hospitality projects
• Coordinate with architects, project managers, contractors, and procurement teams to ensure design consistency and smooth project execution
• Conduct site visits to assess existing property conditions, verify measurements, and monitor interior design implementation
• Review material samples, furniture specifications, shop drawings, and contractor submissions to ensure compliance with approved designs
• Assist in renovation, refurbishment, and property redevelopment projects, including identifying opportunities to improve space utilization and overall property appeal
• Monitor design-related costs and propose alternative materials or solutions when necessary to meet project budgets without compromising quality
• Support property styling and furnishing arrangements for project handovers, marketing photography, and rental or sales presentations

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design, preferably in real estate, villa development, residential, resort, or hospitality project
• Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp, with rendering skills using Enscape, V-Ray, Lumion, or equivalent software
• Strong understanding of space planning, interior detailing, material specifications, furniture selection, lighting design, and construction drawings
• Knowledge of villa renovation, property refurbishment, and interior fit-out processes
• Able to work within project budgets, timelines, and quality standards
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Good communication and coordination skills when working with cross-functional teams
• A portfolio showcasing completed interior design projects, preferably villas, residential properties, or hospitality developments, is required
