BELLA Canggu is looking for a proactive, organized, and people-oriented HR Recruitment to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process across our restaurant operations and growing hospitality projects, ensuring we attract and hire the right talent to support our business.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in HR Recruitment or Talent Acquisition, preferably within the hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or F&B industry.
• Good understanding of recruitment methods, candidate sourcing strategies, and the end-to-end hiring process.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and department heads.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using job portals, online recruitment platforms, and digital tools for recruitment administration.
