About the role
As a Guest Relation Supervisor at By Suka Collective', you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. This full-time position is based in Ubud, Bali, and will see you leading a team of guest relations professionals to uphold the highest standards of hospitality.
What you'll be doing
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the guest relations team, including scheduling, training and performance management
- Serving as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, concerns and requests, and promptly resolving any issues that may arise
- Monitoring guest satisfaction and implementing strategies to continuously improve the guest experience
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach to guest service
- Maintaining detailed records and providing regular reports on guest feedback and service metrics
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the development of guest-centric policies and procedures
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a guest relations or customer service supervisory role, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests and team members in a professional and personable manner
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, and a good understanding of local languages is preferred
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and empower a team to achieve shared goals
- Familiarity with hospitality-specific software and systems, such as property management and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
