We are looking for a passionate and dedicated professional to grow with us for the position of FRONT OFFICE MANAGER
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a similar position or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce and online distribution channels (OTA management).
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and guest service abilities.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems (PMS), particularly Power Pro, is an advantage.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
