Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily floor operations and ensure smooth service flow.
  • Assign duties and monitor performance of waiters/waitresses.
  • Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and readiness of the dining area.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner.
  • Guide, motivate, and support team members during service.
  • Foster teamwork and maintain a positive working environment.
  • Report any operational issues to management.
  • Assist in scheduling staff shifts according to operational needs.
  • Help in managing inventory and requisitions for floor supplies.
  • Prepare daily reports related to service performance and guest feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in F&B service, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good knowledge of F&B operations and customer service.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken & written); additional languages are a plus.
