Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests as they arrive and provide them with a warm and welcoming experience.
• Manage reservations and coordinate seating arrangements to maximize efficiency.
• Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are seated comfortably.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and entrance area.
• Address guest concerns or special requests promptly and professionally.
• Monitor waiting lists and manage the flow of guests during busy periods.
• Provide menus and introduce guests to the day’s specials.
• Support the overall operations of the restaurant by assisting in other tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a hostess or customer service role is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with grace.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
