General Requirements:

• Honest, positive, responsible, detail-oriented, and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Great interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
• Able to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments and properties
• Ensure P&C policies, procedures, and practices comply with company standards and Indonesian labor regulations
• Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, training, and development programs
