Join our team as a Spa Receptionist and become the first warm welcome our guests experience at Lumeira.

 WHAT YOU’LL DO

* Welcome and assist guests with warm, professional service.

* Manage appointments, check-in/check-out, and guest inquiries.

* Provide information about treatments, packages, and promotions.

* Recommend and upsell spa treatments and retail products.

* Handle payments and basic administrative tasks.

* Coordinate with therapists to ensure a smooth guest experience.

* Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR

* Experience in spa, hospitality, wellness, or customer service is a plus.

* Good communication skills and conversational English.

* Friendly, professional, and service-oriented.

* Well-organized and detail-oriented.

* Able to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.

* Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
