Requirements:

• Good personality, positive attitude and able to work in teams or individually
• Excellent leadership and people management skills 
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Hands-on experience in labor law, designing training & development program and HR technology systems
• Experience in the hospitality industry or service-oriented organizations is strongly preferred
• Minimum 3–5 years in a senior HR management or Director-level role
