Villa Hening - Jimbaran is currently seeking a professional and experienced Villa Manager to join our team.

Requirements:

• Male/Female (all genders are welcome)
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a managerial position (villa/hotel preferred)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
• Well-groomed, professional, and service-oriented
• Proven ability to handle pressure and solve problems effectively
• Strong decision-making and operational management skills
• Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Flexible and willing to work on shifts when required

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage overall villa operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Lead, supervise, and motivate all staff to maintain high performance and service standards
• Ensure exceptional guest experience and handle guest complaints professionally
• Coordinate with all departments to optimize operational efficiency
• Monitor cleanliness, maintenance, and overall villa presentation
• Develop and implement operational strategies and standard procedures
• Prepare reports, budgets, and assist in business planning
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to support their development
