Qualifications:


Minimum 1 year of experience as Front Office / GSA / Reservation

Experience using PMS (Property Management System) for villa or hotel operations

Good communication skills and a friendly attitude (fluent in spoken and written English)

Detail-oriented and accustomed to administrative tasks

Able to work both independently and as part of a team

Willing to work in shifts
