Hidden Hills Villas, a prestigious family-run luxury boutique resort in Uluwatu, is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Housekeeping Attendant to join our exceptional team. Our resort features 14 exclusive villas with 22 luxurious rooms. Hidden Gem, our latest venture, is poised to become Uluwatu’s premier restaurant for refined dining, offering California-inspired cuisine with a fusion of East and West flavors. THE ROLE:

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Housekeeping Attendant who is passionate about cleanliness and hospitality. You will play a vital role in ensuring our villas, guest rooms, and public areas are maintained to the highest luxury standards, helping create memorable stays for every guest. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Clean and maintain guest rooms, villas, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards.

Ensure all rooms are properly prepared before guest arrivals.

Replace linens, towels, and guest amenities as required.

Report maintenance issues or damaged items promptly.

Follow all cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, and safety protocols.

Respond to guest requests professionally and efficiently.

Maintain housekeeping equipment and supplies in an organized manner.

Work closely with the housekeeping team and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel, villa, or hospitality environment is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks throughout the day.

Honest, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Basic English communication skills are preferred.

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
