 Responsibilities:

  • Lead full kitchen setup and pre-opening execution
  • Develop menus, recipes, and kitchen SOPs aligned with concept
  • Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and portion control
  • Oversee kitchen operations across multiple restaurant units
  • Manage, train, and develop kitchen team (Sous Chef, CDP, Commis)
  • Monitor food cost, inventory, and kitchen efficiency
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance
  • Collaborate with management on menu innovation and business growth

Requirements

  • Proven experience as Head Chef (pre-opening experience is a strong advantage)
  • Fluent in english
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience handling multi-outlet or high-volume kitchen operations
  • Solid understanding of food cost control and kitchen budgeting
  • Creative mindset with strong menu development skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP preferred)
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Based in Bali or willing to relocate to Ubud
