General qualification:

• Candidates must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary.
• Minimum 2 years experience in same position / Chef de Partie / Sous Chef.
• An enthusiastic, self-motivated, good team player and good personality.
• Excellent knowledge of Indonesian, Asian and European cuisines.
• Well versed in safety and hygiene.
• Able to create innovative menu.
• Able to manage food cost and inventory.
• Able to work as team as well as individual.
