Qualification:

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (Hospitality/Tourism/Management)

Experience in reservation or front office is preferred

Familiar with PMS and OTA platforms (Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.)

Good command of English

Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and customer-focused

Able to multitask and handle bookings (check-in, amendments, cancellations)
