By Suka Collective is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced DW Waiter/ss to join our team in Badung, Bali. As a full-time Waiter/ss, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. What you'll be doing
- Greeting and welcoming guests, and guiding them to their tables
- Taking and processing food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensuring prompt and attentive table service, including delivering orders and clearing tables
- Maintaining a clean and well-organised dining area
- Providing recommendations on menu items and specials
- Handling cash and processing payments
- Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Assisting with other duties as required to support the restaurant operations
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a Waiter/ss, preferably in a similar hospitality or restaurant setting
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide a friendly and welcoming service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
- A positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow within the hospitality industry
