General qualification:
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary.
- Minimum 2 years experience in same position.
- An enthusiastic, self-motivated, good team player and good personality.
- Excellent knowledge of Indonesian, Asian and European cuisines.
- Well versed in safety and hygiene.
- Able to create innovative menu.
- Able to manage food cost and inventory.
- Able to work as team as well as individual.
