Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in F&B, hospitality, lifestyle

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital ads, SEO/SEM, and content marketing

• Experienced in managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and analytics tools

• Creative, up-to-date with digital trends, and able to create engaging campaign strategies

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Able to analyze campaign performance and prepare marketing reports

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for By Suka brands and outlets

• Manage social media, digital campaigns, and online branding activities

• Monitor and optimize digital advertising performance and budget

• Coordinate with creative team, operations, and external vendors/influencers

• Increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales through digital channels

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities

• Prepare monthly marketing performance reports and recommendations
