Qualifications:

• Indonesian citizen, residing in Bali.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the diving or tourism industry.
• Strong communication skills, target-oriented, and good knowledge of the diving market.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Strong networking skills with agents, operators, and partners.
• Willing to travel and work flexible hours when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase diving package bookings and overall revenue.
• Maintain and expand strong relationships with travel agents, dive operators, corporate clients, and other partners.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Represent the company at tourism, diving, and travel industry events or exhibitions.
• Coordinate with operations and marketing teams to ensure excellent service delivery to clients.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review.
• Ensure sales targets are consistently met or exceeded.
