Bali Hai Cruises is seeking a motivated and service-oriented GRO/Maitre’d (Daily Worker) to join our hospitality team. This role is perfect for individuals with a passion for guest service and creating memorable experiences for our passengers.

Qualifications :

• Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism.
• Good communication skills in English (other foreign languages is a plus).
• Friendly, well-groomed, and customer-service oriented.
• Experience in F&B service, hotel, or cruise line is an advantage.
