AtelierTE is a boutique designer guest house in Sanur Bali. 

Discrete & personal service conveys our philosophy of care and delight in a sophisticated yet relaxed and homey atmosphere. 

We are looking for a candidate to fill the positions as follows:

1. BREAKFAST COOK

Job requirements:

•    Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cook, Butler, or in a related hospitality role (hotel, villa, high-end restaurant).

•    Proven ability to prepare both Western and Indonesian breakfast dishes with authenticity and care.

•    A genuine service-oriented attitude—friendly, attentive, and eager to please guests.

•    Detail-oriented, diligent, and takes pride in the presentation of food and workspace.

•    Neat, clean, and professional appearance; trustworthy and reliable.

•    Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays as per the operations needs.

•    Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and seamlessly as part of a team.

2. FULL TIME DRIVER

Job requirements:

•    Must possess valid SIM A and SIM C licenses with long-term validity.

•    Proven experience as a professional driver with a clean driving record.

•    Excellent and safe driving techniques, with strong familiarity of local roads and routes.

•    Basic conversational English language skills are required to interact with international guests.

•    Polite, patient, and possess a strong service ethic.

•    Honest, responsible, trustworthy, and maintains a high level of integrity.

•    Physically able to assist with luggage and light duties.

•    Preference will be given to male candidates, with a maximum age of 45 years.

3. SECURITY (NIGHT SHIFT)

Job requirements:

•    Physically fit and strong, capable of performing patrols and standing for extended periods during a shift.

•    Exemplary professional attitude: polite, alert, and of the highest integrity (honest and trustworthy).

•    Basic English communication skills are required for reporting and basic interaction.

•    Highly disciplined and reliable, with a proven ability to adhere strictly to a fixed shift schedule.

•    Strong sense of responsibility for the security of the area and all assets.

•    Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a security or related protective service role.

•    Experience in a hospitality or villa setting is a significant plus.
