About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and guest-focused Front Office Staff to be the first point of contact for our guests at ZIN Canggu.
This role is responsible for delivering a smooth and welcoming guest experience throughout the stay, from check-in and check-out to handling guest requests, providing information, and coordinating with other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.
Provide information about hotel facilities, services, activities, and surrounding areas.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Manage room assignments and coordinate guest requirements with the relevant departments.
Ensure all guest information and transactions are accurately recorded in the PMS.
Handle payments, deposits, and other Front Office transactions according to company procedures.
Coordinate closely with Housekeeping regarding room status, room readiness, and guest requests.
Coordinate with Reservations regarding booking details, amendments, special requests, and availability.
Support upselling of room upgrades, packages, and other ZIN services.
Monitor and follow up on guest requests to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain accurate records of guest information, incidents, requests, and Front Office activities.
Assist guests with transportation arrangements, activities, and other concierge-related requests when required.
Maintain a professional and welcoming appearance at the Front Office at all times.
Ensure the Front Office area is clean, organized, and ready to welcome guests.
Follow all ZIN standards, SOPs, cash-handling procedures, and guest privacy requirements.
Conduct proper shift handovers and communicate important guest information to the next shift.
Coordinate with Security, Engineering, F&B, Housekeeping, and other departments to resolve operational issues.
Handle emergency situations and escalate issues to the Supervisor or Manager when necessary.
Who You Are
Has experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, Reservations, or a similar hospitality role.
Friendly, approachable, and genuinely enjoys interacting with guests.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional, confident, and service-oriented.
Able to handle guest complaints and challenging situations calmly.
Comfortable using PMS and other hotel operational systems.
Good attention to detail when handling guest information and transactions.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive and willing to assist guests beyond their basic requests.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
