Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in building maintenance, hotel, villa, or property maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, air conditioning (AC), and general maintenance.
• Familiar with using maintenance tools and equipment safely.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physically fit and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willing to work on shifts if required.
