A financial controller's responsibilities encompass managing accounting operations, preparing financial reports, overseeing internal controls, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. They are also involved in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and cash flow management. Essentially, the financial controller ensures the accurate and timely reporting of financial information to guide decision-making and maintain financial stability. 

Job Responsibilities:

* Accounting & Financial Reporting – Manage daily bookkeeping & financial reports (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).

* Team Management – Lead, train, and develop the finance team.

* Internal Control & Risk Management – Ensure compliance with regulations & optimize financial control systems.

* Financial Planning & Budgeting – Manage cash flow, budgeting, & financial strategy, aligned with overall budgeting & forecasting cycle.

* Finance Control for Operations – Ensure the efficient and effectiveness of the operations, and meet the target.

* Audit and Performance monitoring of Operation. 

* Additional controller duties as necessary.

Job Requirements :

* Min. Degree holder majoring in accounting, finance or relevant field with more than 7 – 12 years of relevant working experience, having audit experience is more preferred.

* Prior experience in Hospitality industry is an advantage

* In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles and best practices.

* Collaborative approach to leadership including managing teams.

* Strong analytical skills, problem solving and decision making.

* Excellent planning, organization and time management.

* Exceptional levels of communication both written and verbal along with strong interpersonal skills.
