What you'll be doing
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the front office, including reception, concierge, and guest services
- Ensure efficient check-in and check-out procedures, room allocation, and guest inquiries
- Supervise and train front office staff to provide excellent customer service
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve front office operations
- Collaborate with other departments to address guest concerns and resolve issues
- Manage the front office budget and monitor financial performance
- Analyse front office data and provide reports to resort manager
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and industry regulations
What we're looking for :
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Front Office Manager in a similar hotel or resort setting
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and other relevant technology
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willing to be placed in Lembongan Island.
