What you'll be doing

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the front office, including reception, concierge, and guest services
  • Ensure efficient check-in and check-out procedures, room allocation, and guest inquiries
  • Supervise and train front office staff to provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve front office operations
  • Collaborate with other departments to address guest concerns and resolve issues
  • Manage the front office budget and monitor financial performance
  • Analyse front office data and provide reports to resort manager
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and industry regulations


What we're looking for :


  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Front Office Manager in a similar hotel or resort setting
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in using hotel management software and other relevant technology
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Willing to be placed in Lembongan Island.
